Hotel want people with foreign credit cards to pay day by day. The English of the staff is not good enough to explain why. I asked Booked.net by email and they promptly aswered. They called the hotel and they had some problems with refunds in the past. They said they could make the hotel let me pay everything at once but I said I would try myself. I did not succeed so I paid every day. At the end its still annoying... Furthermore they should get rid of the stupid ugly small closets, and put in hooks! For the rest its a nice hotel.
